What you’ll achieve
As an Active Directory Engineer in Identity and Access Management with a focus on Directory Services, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our enterprise security posture. You will design, implement, and maintain advanced authentication and directory solutions using technologies such as Active Directory and Microsoft Entra. Your work will turn complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and data-driven identity solutions - enhancing authentication capabilities, enabling informed decision-making, and ensuring the integrity and protection of directory infrastructure across all environments.
You will:

Deploy and manage LDAP/Directory Services for authentication, authorization, and infrastructure issue resolution across enterprise environments.

Support and administer large-scale Active Directory (AD) environments, including multi-domain forests with 50,000+ objects and cloud/on-prem directory integrations (e.g., Office 365).

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve business challenges, and deliver technical and business-facing reports and presentations.

Automate Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, and Bash to enhance and streamline operations.

Provide 24/7 IAM support by participating in an on-call rotation for incident response, including weekends and holidays.

Essential Requirements

Expertise in directory services and authentication protocols, including Active Directory and Entra
-
Proficient in automation and integration using APIs (Radiant Logic, Okta, Entra) and scripting languages like Python, Bash, and PowerShell
-
Strong technical skills in AD and LDAP, including attributes, queries, GPO configuration, DNS, networking, and application-level LDAP troubleshooting

Experienced in server and infrastructure management, covering Windows Server (2016–2025), Linux environments, PKI, and SSL certificate management
-
Effective communicator and problem solver, leading identity-related troubleshooting and collaborating with stakeholders to align on technical goals
Desirable Requirements

Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail

Experience using tools such as Splunk to perform usage reporting, auditing and logging with Directory Services Products
-
8+ years of professional experience in a Cybersecurity engineering role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 5+ years with a Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
