Essential Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales of IT / infrastructure / OEM solutions.
- Proven exposure to several of the following verticals: Health Care, Automation, CCTV, M&E, AI, Telco, Defense.
- Strong track record in complex, multi-stakeholder, long-cycle deals.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the partner ecosystem (system integrators, ISVs, OEMs, distributors).
- Fluent French and professional English (written and spoken).
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in an international, matrixed environment working with global teams.
- Strong technology affinity (infrastructure, edge / cloud, AI) and appetite for innovative environments.
You will:
- Develop and execute OEM account strategy in France, focusing on key verticals (Health Care, Automation, CCTV, M&E, AI, Telco, Defense).
- Own the full complex sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, value proposition, negotiation, closing) with long-term projects.
- Work closely with internal teams (presales, product, marketing) to build tailored OEM solutions.
- Drive and expand the partner ecosystem (system integrators, ISVs, OEM builders, distributors) to generate and accelerate opportunities.
- Manage pipeline and forecast, providing reliable visibility on performance and outlook.
