Essential Requirements
- 2+ years of inside sales or account management experience, preferably in IT/technology or B2B solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage customer stakeholders by phone, video and email.
- Solid commercial acumen, including pipeline management, forecasting and basic financial/ deal-structure understanding.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, collaborating closely with presales, specialists and channel partners.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience selling to Saudi Arabia medium business/commercial customers, with knowledge of local market dynamics and buying processes.
- Familiarity with Dell Technologies portfolio and/or holding relevant sales or vendor certifications.
You will:
- Manage a defined set of medium business customers in Saudi Arabia, owning the full sales cycle to achieve and exceed revenue, margin and solution-mix targets.
- Prospect, develop and qualify pipeline via outbound calling, digital touchpoints and partner collaboration, converting demand into won opportunities.
- Lead account planning and forecasting, understanding customer business priorities and aligning Dell Technologies solutions to their needs.
- Orchestrate internal teams and partners (presales, specialists, channel) to deliver proposals, quotations and timely deal execution.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline, ensuring high-quality data and predictable business performance.
