You will lead innovation and create software solutions that meet customers’ business goals, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of technology in a fast-paced, agile Scrum environment.
You will:

• Design and implement highly scalable, distributed systems with advanced data mobility features.

• Serve as a technical leader, conducting deep design and code reviews to ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions.

• Lead initiatives to integrate AI technologies into Power Store data mobility solutions.

• Mentor and guide senior and principal engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the Scrum team’s work aligns with business objectives

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred) with minimum 10-12 years of software engineering experience, including significant leadership in complex, distributed systems.

• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages: Java (Rx Java), C++, Python.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

Experience with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows).

• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to drive team collaboration.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including AI tools, LLMs, and agentic AI frameworks

Desirable Requirements

• Experience in the storage domain or large-scale data systems.
