What you’ll achieve

In this role you will get all that’s needed to become a successful salesperson. You will be able to lead your set of named customers (Energy, Oil, Gas Industry) through a thoughtful digital transformation process of their businesses thanks to an end-to-end portfolio of products and solutions offered by our brand as well as good cooperation with our internal, technical and product teams. The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, while meeting company’s key sales indicators.

Essential Requirements

  • University’s Degree with a 15+ years of professional outside sales experience dealing with technology solutions.
  • Expert knowledge of market trends that impact on Dell Technologies customers.
  • Outstanding customer management and strategic selling skills that will improve the success of our customers’ business and the growth of Dell Technologies.
  • Passion for consultative solutions sales with a drive to innovate. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilizing storytelling as a client engagement strategy.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills (in Polish and English languages) and the ability to provide insight to senior management.
  • Have a target-driven personality and an ability to work in a fast-paced ambitious environment.

You will:

  • Manage given accounts by engagement with customers (Energy, Oil, Gas Industry) as well as account planning, sales forecasting, engaging cross-functional resources and working with the virtual teams to ensure alignment across the organizations.
  • Actively advocate for Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions.
  • Gain share of spend across Dell Technologies portfolio of technology solutions: server, storage, networking, software, security and led services.
  • Regularly engage with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
  • Establish credibility with senior-level executives and serve as a trusted consultant driving customer’s success and ensuring high client satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with a dedicated internal and technical sales team while analyzing, forecasting and delivering solutions and projects.
