What you’ll achieve As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software based on the customer’s business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.
You will:

• Drive the qualification of advanced data mobility capabilities for next-generation storage solutions while developing domain expertise.

• Collaborate closely with test architect, developers to design and execute test plans, report defects, automate test cases, and perform various end-to-end testing at the capability level.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, contribute to team commitments, and take leadership roles when needed.

• Deliver high-quality defect reports and comprehensive test result documentation.

• Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and best practices to identify opportunities for improving testing efficiency and automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Master’s preferred) with at least 8 to 12 years of experience in testing, test automation, and technical leadership.

• Proven ability to qualify features in complex, distributed systems.

• Strong expertise in Python scripting across multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows).

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience leveraging AI tools or frameworks to enhance developer experience, automate workflows, and drive innovation.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Desirable Requirements:

• Experience qualifying products and solutions in the storage domain.

• Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (C++, Java) and experience developing REST API-based interfaces.
