What you’ll achieve

As an Outside Sales Product Specialist – Data Center & AI Networking, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s data center and AI networking products and services.

You will:

  • Manage relationships with senior-level technical personnel and decision makers (e.g., IT, network, data center and AI leaders)

  • Demonstrate the value of data center and AI networking solutions to advance customer business objectives

  • Provide insight and guidance to customers on the applicability of data center fabrics, high-performance Ethernet and AI cluster networking

  • Act as a technical resource for the sales organization to help meet and exceed their objectives for data center and AI networking solutions

Essential Requirements – Data Center & AI Networking

  • Strong knowledge of

data center networking: leaf-spine and fabric architectures, VLANs, VXLAN/EVPN, routing protocols, QoS, High-performance Ethernet (25/40/100/200/400GbE) and low-latency switching

  • Understanding of AI and high-performance data center environments

  • Experience selling or supporting the sale of: Data center and AI networking solutions and related services

  • Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work closely with account teams, pre-sales engineers, data center architects and AI solution architects on customer opportunities

  • Full English proficiency

Desirable Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years of related experience in a relationship selling role, ideally focused on networking or infrastructure

  • Networking or security certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, JNCIA/JNCIS, NSE, CWNA or equivalent)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field, or equivalent work experience
