What you’ll achieve

As a Software Senior Engineer, you will design and develop robust backend services built on .NET 8 and/or Python. You will contribute to architectural decisions, performance tuning, CI/CD solutions, and cloud-native deployments using Kubernetes. Your work will directly influence the reliability, scalability, and technical excellence of enterprise-grade applications.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET 8+ and Python while contributing to scalable system architecture and performance optimization.

• Enhance distributed system design through strong knowledge of design patterns, architecture norms, and performance tuning.

• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to build and support CI/CD pipelines, GitLab workflows, and Kubernetes‑based deployments.

• Write clean, maintainable, well‑documented backend code and participate in code reviews and technical decision‑making.

• Work effectively with cross‑functional, global teams while adhering to enterprise processes including change management, compliance, and governance.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience specializing in .NET 8+ and Python, with strong expertise in building RESTful and event‑driven backend systems.

• Proficient with GitLab‑based CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows, along with hands‑on experience deploying and maintaining services on Kubernetes.

• Skilled in database management, including relational databases (MS SQL Server) and NoSQL technologies such as MongoDB and Redis.

• Strong communication and documentation abilities, with experience using project management tools like Jira.

• Effective collaborator in global, distributed teams, familiar with enterprise security processes, compliance, and internal governance.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree

• Skilled in microservices, cloud‑native architectures, and distributed system optimization, including caching strategies and performance tuning.
