What you’ll achieve

고객과의 접점에서 Break-fix 이슈들을 처리하고, 이를 통해 비즈니스의 연속성을 유지하며 고객사의 안정된 Infrastructure를 유지하도록 지원하는 주요한 역할을 하게 됩니다.

You will:

• 고객의 기대치를 설정하고, 고객사의 복잡한 문제들을 해결하기 위한 커뮤니케이션 창구로서의 역할 수행
• 자사 Infrastructure 제품군 이슈해결을 위한 트러블슈팅과정이 원활히 진행될 수 있도록, 해결 처리 과정 전반에서 고객사와 긴밀한 파트너십을 형성하고, 보다 선제적인 커뮤니케이션이 구현될 수 있도록 함
• 문제들의 효율적인 관리를 통해 Operational Excellence 유지
• 같은 목표를 위한 국내외 Internal Stakeholder 들과의 긴밀한 협업

Desirable Requirements

• 1~2년의 인턴/정규직 등 IT 기업 경험자 혹은 유관 경험자 우대
• 우수한 English skill
• 컴퓨터 기술에 대한 충분한 이해 혹은 이공계 전공자 우대
