What you’ll achieve

本ポジションは、超大規模AIインフラプロジェクトに提案段階から参画し、お客様・社内外ステークホルダーと連携しながら、プロジェクト全体を成功へ導く重要な役割を担います。

お客様のビジネス価値最大化に向けて、高品質なデリバリを実現し、業界の変革をともに推進していただきます。

You will:1.プロジェクトマネジメント（提案～デリバリ全工程）

• 超大規模AIインフラ構築における計画策定、リソース調整、進捗・課題・リスク管理など、プロジェクト全体のリード
• 提案段階から営業や技術部門と協働し、最適なデリバリープランを策定

2.ステークホルダーマネジメント

• お客様および CxO レベルを含む多様なステークホルダーとの密なコミュニケーション
• 営業、Professional Services、Engineering、Support など社内クロスファンクショナルチームと連携し、円滑なプロジェクト推進を実現

3.お客様のTrusted Advisorとしてのアドバイザリー業務

• 最新の技術動向・市場トレンド・ベストプラクティスを踏まえた提案
• AIインフラ導入におけるリスク・機会・改善策を継続的に提示

4.プログラム全体の最適化

• コスト・スケジュール・品質の最適なバランスを維持し、プロジェクト価値を最大化
• 依存関係や影響範囲の管理、適切な報告体制の構築と運用

• 12〜15年以上の大規模ITプロジェクト／プログラム管理経験
• 経営層を含むステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築・リード経験
• プログラムマネジメントの実務経験（計画策定、エグゼクティブ向け報告、意思決定支援など）
• 高いマルチタスク能力と顧客・社内要求の調整スキル
• 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

Desirable Requirements

• PMI認定資格（PMP など）、Six Sigma の活用経験
• Digital IT、セキュリティ、ワークフォースモダナイゼーションなど、ビジネス／テクノロジー変革プロジェクトの知見
• AI/データセンター/クラウド関連のプロジェクト経験
