What you’ll achieve As a Senior Systems Development Engineer, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analyses of existing systems.

You will:

• Lead system architecture and integration efforts, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with project objectives from concept through execution.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including interface specifications, inspection/testing procedures, and risk mitigation plans to support system reliability
• Design and implement cost-effective testing and troubleshooting methods, including development of diagnostic programs, test fixtures, and validation protocols for new products
• Drive technical decision-making and cost-performance optimization, balancing engineering requirements with budget constraints to deliver robust solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and business to ensure seamless system integration and transparent communication across global stakeholders

• 5 to 8 years of related experience with advanced understanding of appropriate system architectures and integration principles

• 3 to 5 years of project management experience at the system level is a plus

• Ability to apply deep knowledge of hardware & software interactions to diagnose and resolve complex system-level issues

• Ability to manage cost control and drive best-in-class design efficiency, balancing technical performance with budget constraints

• Ability to apply system engineering expertise to define requirements, validate designs, and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle

• Desirable Requirements•Bachelor’s degree

• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup

• Capability to influence others to achieve results
