Inside Sales Account Executive (ISAE) – Medium Business

They take great pride in developing lasting relationships, building strong rapport and using their communication and consultative selling skills to position the right Dell Technologies solutions across a defined medium business territory.

Essential Requirements:

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products and services

  • Ability to identify how these products and services align to medium business customer and partner needs

  • Capacity to be a results-oriented teammate, able to manage a defined territory and account portfolio

  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

  • Previous experience in a sales position, preferably in B2B or account management

Desirable Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in inside sales or account management, ideally covering medium business customers
  • Experience working in a multinational, fast-paced technology environment

What you’ll achieve

As an ISAE – Medium Business, you will own a portfolio of medium business accounts, developing and expanding relationships with new and existing customers and partners, consulting on how Dell Technologies’ products and services fit into their business and IT roadmap.
You will:

  • Build and grow relationships with medium business customers and partners based on deep knowledge of our technology, products and services

  • Act as the primary point of contact for your account set, driving end-to-end sales cycles primarily via phone, web and email

  • Work closely with field/Outside Sales Representatives, channel partners and distributors to drive joint account plans and acquire new opportunities

  • Proactively prospect, qualify and develop new accounts within your territory while expanding share of wallet in existing customers

  • Accurately forecast and manage your pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue and profitability targets
