As an Inside Sales Account Executive you will be responsible for selling Dell’s products and services while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts. You will support the field sales leader while working effectively in a team environment towards goals. Functions as the overall account manager including leading all sales, partnering with the channel or other internal sales partners in both strategy and execution.

You will:

  • Develops professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues

  • Determines a course of action based on guidelines and modifies processes and methods as required

  • Sales employees in this level are fully qualified sales account managers who have advanced beyond entry level

  • Developing professional sales expertise and has working knowledge of company products and services

Essential Requirements

  • Solid understanding of the full range of products and services and the ability to identify how these products and services align to customer needs

  • Capacity to leverage cross-functional resources to achieve customer results

  • Ability to teach, coach, and motivate others to improve performance, including providing feedback and identifying development opportunities

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in a relationship selling role

Desirable Requirements

  • Typically requires 2+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree
