What you’ll achieve

As an Interaction Designer Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for the production of high-quality design artefacts that can be referenced upon by varied stakeholders, striking a balance between user requirements against business goals. You will see through the design life cycle from user research, wire framing, interaction design, to prototyping and visual design.

You will:

• Lead the product design from discovery to framework development and design production.

• Manage usability testing, design analytics, and design strategy to achieve user needs.

• Educate cross functional team on design requirements.

• Introduce industry best practices that can add value to the design process.

• Support with recruiting and hiring team members.

Essential Requirements

• Must provide an Online Portfolio for reference

• 8 to 12 years of experience in design patterns, from user research to lo-fidelity and hi-fidelity mock-ups.

• Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements across varied stakeholders.

• Deep project management skills to facilitate the product design from scratch to end.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working with AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and Figma Make

• Experience with Service Design methodologies
