Responsibilities
- Market Management:
Oversee and support sales initiatives for AI semiconductor (NPU) products and solutions within the Chinese market.
- Account Management:
Support the acquisition of new clients and maintain strong, favorable relationships with key existing accounts.
- Partnership Enhancement:
Assist in establishing a robust cooperation framework with local Chinese partners and distributors.
- Strategic Planning:
Support the formulation of effective sales strategies based on local market trends and competitor analysis.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with HQ sales, product, and engineering teams to draft customized client proposals and manage technical support.
- Global Networking:
Participate in major international exhibitions and conferences to expand the business network.
Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (All majors welcome; degrees in Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Computer Science, or Business/Economics preferred).
- Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales or B2B sales support.
- Language Proficiency:
Fluency in both Chinese and Korean (Native-level business conversation and writing skills are required).
- Other Requirements:
Must be eligible for international travel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry Experience:
Proven sales experience in the semiconductor, AI, or electronic components industries.
- Regional Expertise:
Prior experience working in China or possessing an established local business network.
- Adaptability:
Experience working in startups and a high level of adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Mindset & Skills:
Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with exceptional problem-solving capabilities.

Employment Type
- Full-time (3-month probationary period with 100% compensation)
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM)
