-
Roadmap Management: Lead the roadmap for training initiatives, including large-scale learning events, global workshop schedules, and the Go-to-Market strategy for partner enablement programs.
-
Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end program lifecycle from initial intake and resourcing to scheduling, logistics, and task management, ensuring seamless execution.
-
Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyze KPIs such as Certification rates, ROI, and program impact.
-
Quality Assurance: Evaluate, audit, and coach cross-functional training resources to ensure the delivery of "best-in-class" learning experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:

-
Technical knowledge: Deep understanding of Data AI technologies, including topics as Data Warehouse, Data Transformation, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, ideally having been certified in at least one of these technologies.
-
Program Management: Proven track record of managing technical competency models and learning journeys for geographically dispersed teams.
-
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Other desired Qualifications:
