About the Role:

Databricks is seeking a Contracts Negotiator to support our growing Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) commercial business. Reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel, you will negotiate and close complex commercial transactions with HLS customers, including Master Cloud Services Agreements (MCSAs), Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Data ed, and dependable — you take initiative, communicate early and clearly, and keep cross-functional partners informed as deals progress.
A fast learner who’s curious about Databricks’ products and not afraid to ask questions or seek guidance from colleagues when tackling complex issues.
