The Director, Demand Generation (Executive Campaigns) will lead how we go to market with our executive integrated campaigns across key audiences — CIO, CTO, CDO, CISO, and CMO. You’ll drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline creation with top decision-makers while scaling a high-performing global campaign engine. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for strategy, orchestration, and measurable impact worldwide, setting the foundation for our next stage of growth.

You’ll partner closely with teams across Corporate Brand, Events, Product and Solutions Marketing, Industry Marketing, Field Marketing Analytics, and Marketing Operations to deliver cohesive, data-driven, and scalable executive programs.

  • Lead alignment and operational rhythm with cross-functional leaders to craft an integrated, data-driven executive marketing strategy.

  • Develop consistent global programs with aligned goals, messaging, and measurable business outcomes.

  • Connect demand generation initiatives to broader brand-building efforts and category-creation strategies that resonate with C-level executives.

  • Deliver clear executive summaries, data insights, and recommendations that guide decision-making across the organization.

  • Team Leadership & Development

  • Direct, mentor, and inspire a team of high-performing campaign managers focused on global integrated campaign execution.

  • Define team structure and talent needs, drive recruiting and onboarding, and maintain a consistently high standard of talent.

  • Build a culture of continuous learning and accountability by setting clear expectations, providing coaching, and offering professional development opportunities.

  • Pipeline Growth & Accountability

  • Own and deliver global executive engagement and pipeline targets, partnering across functions to optimize ROI.

  • Ensure campaign strategies and investments translate into measurable pipeline contribution and long-term customer relationships.

  • Strategic Leadership & Innovation

  • Establish a global strategic roadmap to test, optimize, and scale future programming informed by data, insights, and performance learnings.

  • Serve as the filter and guide for business priorities, ensuring the team focuses on high-impact activities.

  • Leverage prior experience and innovation to continuously evolve our approach, tools, and executional excellence at scale.

What we look for:

  • Experience: 10+ years of managing global integrated campaigns with direct pipeline accountability and a proven track record of exceeding targets. With experience in marketing to executive audiences.

  • Cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management: Proven ability to work with various cross-functional stakeholders to develop integrated programs that drive joint outcomes.

  • Team Leadership: 5+ years building, inspiring, and leading high-performing teams with global pipeline and efficiency accountability.

  • Data & Analytics: Advanced proficiency in pipeline attribution, conversion analysis, and ROI optimization using SFDC, Tableau (or other dashboard systems), and marketing automation platforms

  • Hyper-Growth Experience: 7+ years scaling integrated campaigns in fast-growing tech companies.

  • Systems & Process: Experience implementing scalable marketing operations, lead management systems, and cross-functional workflows

Pay Range Transparency:

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above.
