  • Implement change management strategies, assessing project impacts and building organisational support for transitions.

  • Contribute to the professional project management community by sharing best practices, lessons learned, and industry insights.

  • Develop and implement best practices for project execution, benchmarking, and training programs to enhance organisational project management capabilities.

What experience do I need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certifications required (e.g., PMI-PMP, CCPM, ITIL, CSM, Prince2).

  • Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving business-critical initiatives.

  • Expertise in project governance, risk management, and financial planning.

  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to enhance project management capabilities through continuous improvement initiatives and best practice development.

Benefits:

  • 23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service,
