Key responsibilities

Program & Training Delivery:

  • Assist in the delivery of talent programs, leadership training sessions and associate learning in China.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and communications to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor performance using metrics and data analysis, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support data collection and reporting to track effectiveness and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate best practices and continuous improvement into Talent Development and Learning & Development programs.
  • Champion inclusion and belonging through all talent programs and communications.

Operational Success

  • Optimize Talent Management and Learning Development processes and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
  • Apply DBS principles to support continuous improvement in talent delivery.
  • Provide guidance to HR team members to promote consistency and operational excellence.

Special Projects

  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of special projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and recommendations for innovative HR solutions.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to address evolving business needs and deliver project outcomes effectively.

DBS & AI Enablement:

  • Strengthen Talent Team’s DBS capability-building, including tool training and case studies of DBS application, to enhance team members’ proficiency in leveraging DBS tools to optimize talent processes, while embedding DBS’s continuous improvement mindset into every talent initiative.
  • Lead the exploration, selection, and adoption of AI-powered tools aligned with Talent Team’s work objectives and provide end-to-end support to ensure the team can effectively apply these tools to elevate overall work efficiency.
  • Establish a regular knowledge-sharing mechanism to facilitate the Talent Team’s continuous learning of DBS and AI advancements and track the impact of these capability enhancements on key talent metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Talent Management or L&D roles, with a focus on project management, program delivery, or operations.
  • Proven experience of managing complex projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and tools with experience in process optimization and automation.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
