The Logistics Manager, Taiwan is responsible for managing Warehouse external service provider to execute end-to-end logistical business processes of Pall’s Distribution Center (DC), including Import/Export, Customs, Warehousing and Inbound/Outbound Transportation of Taiwan region. This position provides an opportunity to learn more about operational excellence and Danaher Business System.

This position reports to the APAC Logistics and Distribution Leader and is part of the APAC Logistics and Distribution team. The position is based in Zhubei, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and is an on‑site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform the strategic and operational leadership of the Logistics Function

  • Partner with external logistics providers to execute logistics initiatives and digitalization to improve customer experience.

  • Responsible for the Taiwan KPI performance and seamless operations of outsourced 3PL (3rd party logistics) warehousing and freight forwarders in meeting the deployed KPIs.

  • Execution of key performance indicators (KPIs) and the continuous improvement of standard logistics processes, through data gathering, data analysis, measures and metrics development, and process optimization.

  • Monitoring and controlling Taiwan Logistics Cost, including driving logistics cost savings projects.

  • Taiwan Customer Logistics Complaint Management, including timely resolutions, root cause analysis and driving sustainable solutions.

  • Manage the external service provider Contracting and SLA for warehousing and transportation.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline required.
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing freight forwarding, third‑party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, and logistics service providers (LSP) / transportation partners.
    Strong knowledge of local logistics and regulatory requirements, including customs and government regulations.
    Hands‑on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP MM (Material Management) or equivalent systems.
    Experience in warehouse contracting processes, including RFQs and vendor negotiations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proven experience driving lean logistics and process improvement initiatives, including cost optimization across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

  • Experience managing logistics operations across Southeast Asia markets preferred, with the ability to operate effectively in multi‑country environments and bring a regional perspective.

  • Proactive, data‑driven problem solver with a strong continuous improvement mindset, capable of simplifying complexity, driving end‑to‑end thinking, and effectively applying Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies.
