• Lead new supplier quality assessment and QMS audit.
• Supplier DFM review and technical support on NPI and transfer project, identify quality risk parts.
• Lead supplier quality planning including part qualification, process verification, key features control.
• Develop in-coming inspection plan.
• Responsible for Non-confirming materials which are identified from production, IQC or customers, analyse root cause and drive supplier to take effective corrective actions including 8D report.
• Responsible for supplier performance monitoring and improvement, and drive supplier for quality continuous improvement through process and yearly QMS audit.
• Monthly perform quality data analysis to figure out supplier quality trend and communicate with key suppliers.
