QC Engineer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform dimensional and cosmetic inspections of components, intermediate products, and finished products in accordance with standard operating procedures, circuit diagrams, and design drawings. This inspection requires the use of basic measuring equipment (3D measuring devices, height gauges, vernier calipers, scales, thermometers, pressure gauges, etc.). Inspections may be witnessed by customers as necessary.
• Exchange quality information with overseas inter-company companies as needed, working in cooperation with technical staff. Also, issue inspection reports to customers. Prepare and manage all documentation required for overall quality control.
• Manage parts ordering, coordinate delivery dates with sales, maintain ISO standards, handle traceability, and handle complaints to meet customer requirements. Provide inspection training to manufacturing operators as needed.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of the use of various measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, height gauges) for precision measurements and a basic understanding of shop mathematics. Ability to read and understand blueprints and oral and written work instructions.
• Able to work overtime as required.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Work experience in a manufacturing plant.
• Experience participating in Kaizen activities in a manufacturing environment.
