Project Manager

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead upstream automation product projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery
• Define project scope, objectives, key milestones, and deliverables

Cross-functional Coordination

• Partner with Business Development (BD) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Regulatory, etc.) to drive project progress
• Act as key coordinator to ensure alignment among different stakeholders and functions

Project Tracking & KPI Management

• Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms, including KPI monitoring and milestone tracking
• Track project progress using structured tools (e.g., visual KPI tracking, dashboards)
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance

Collaboration with Downstream Team

• Work closely with downstream product management and marketing teams
• Align upstream product development with go-to-market strategy and customer needs
