Territory Manager – South‑West Poland

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for sales performance, tender management, and business development in the **South‑West Poland territory (**Wielkopolskie, Lubuskie and Dolnośląskie). This is a fully remote role, requiring strong field presence and regular customer interaction.

The position reports to the Sales Manager, Poland and is part of the Polish Sales Team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and grow sales within the assigned territory in line with agreed targets

  • Develop long‑term relationships with existing customers and actively identify new business opportunities

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Manage and support the tender process, including preparation, coordination, and follow‑up with internal stakeholders

  • Organize and support product trainings, workshops, and local congresses

  • Monitor market developments and competitor activity to support commercial decision‑making

  • Execute sales and marketing strategies in close cooperation with the wider team

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in medicine, psychology, marketing, engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device sales in the Polish market

  • Practical experience with public tender processes and cooperation with hospital procurement structures

  • Proven ability to work independently and deliver results in a field‑based sales role

  • Strong negotiation skills and a results‑oriented mindset

  • Good understanding of the Polish healthcare system

  • Fluency in Polish and English

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Experience in Interventional Radiology

  • Knowledge of the breast cancer diagnostics environment

Travel requirements

  • Approximately 60% travel, mainly within Poland, including overnight stays

  • Occasional weekend travel for conferences or meetings
