The Production Associate II is responsible for carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology.

This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Production Operation Team located in Benoi Sector, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Develop and revise SOP and work instructions in collaboration with cross functional teams as required; Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
• Work in a team environment and liaise with cross functional teams as required on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment, On-Job-Training of new hires and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• NITEC graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or Diploma graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred; Secondary educated graduate with at least 5 years of relevant manufacturing experience will also be considered
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)
