Technical Engineer at Danaher

主要职责: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

负责生产管理包括工艺安全管理、产线优化性能、利用DBS工具进行工艺生产改善；

Responsible for production management, including process safety management, production line optimization performance, and leveraging DBS tools for process production improvement.

负责成本管理，包括成本优化，BOM校准，标准工时管理；

Responsible for cost management, including cost optimization, BOM calibration, and standard working hour management.

负责生产质量管理，主要包括售后投诉/客户投诉原因分析，产线一次合格率；

Responsible for production quality management, mainly including analysis of reasons for after-sales complaints/customer complaints, and the first pass rate of the production line;

负责新产品，包括NPD工艺，产品转移，定制品或产品升级；

Responsible for new products, including NPD processes, product transfer, customized products or product upgrades;

协助经理及其他技术人员，完成上级交给的其他工作。

Assist manager and other technicians to complete other tasks assigned by superior.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

本科以上学历，高分子化学、分析化学、材料化学，药物化学，化学工程或相关专业

Master degree or above in Polymer Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Material Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Chemistry Engineering or related educational background.

具备较强的数据分析、应用仪器操作能力

Possess strong skills in data analysis, instrument operation

具备工艺相关工作经验3年以上

Have more than 3 years of experience in process related work

英语口语能实现交流，读写流利。

Good English communication skills especially written English.

较强的沟通能力、学习能力，具备创新和持续改进的意识，团队合作精神，能迎接挑战
