The Master Data Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Manufacturing and Sales plants with the creation, extension and changes to Material Master Data to ensure accurate and speedy provision of approved products for sales and operations to support the BU strategic direction as part of the centralized Master Data Management team.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Completion of Material data creation and extensions for products within agreed SLAs and of Material Master Record changes for fields with a global impact within agreed SLAs.
• Daily Administration of the Anand Process Factory workflow tool.
• Daily monitoring of the Anand Process Factory workflow tool to ensure requests are closed off as quickly as possible and support of plants with Material Master data queries or problems
• Weekly review of plant Material Master Record data to ensure data complies with Global Best Practice.
• Data Analysis for mass maintenance, working with the plants to identify error fixes as well as global communication of any data quality and completeness changes

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completed secondary education with bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of and 2-5 years of experience with Material Master Data
• General SAP knowledge
• Experience of using mass data load and workflow tools
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
