Field Service / Technical Operations

Role Summary

The Field Service Consultant provides advanced and complex technical support to customers through on-site configuration, troubleshooting, service, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems. This role addresses more complex technical challenges than those handled by a Field Technical Service Technician and serves as a key technical liaison between the company and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced/complex technical advice and on-site support to customers, including:System configuration
• Troubleshooting
• Service and repair of complex equipment and systems
• Identify, analyze, and resolve highly complex technical issues, exceeding the scope of Field Technical Service Technicians.
• Review and approve the operational quality and performance of system equipment.
• Train customers in system operation and maintenance to optimize functionality and performance through technical analysis.
• Act as the company’s primary technical liaison with customers for assigned projects.
• Interpret customer technical needs and translate them into effective solutions.
• May participate in the development of new customer service or product support agreements.
