Senior AI Engineer

• Define and drive the overall AI strategy, framework, and application roadmap for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
• Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer needs and business value across automation systems, flow cytometry platforms, and centrifugation solutions.
• Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows.
• Collaborate closely with internal R&D, product management, marketing, application, and service teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
• Support customer adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making outcomes.
• Build and manage long-term collaborations with AI technology companies, research institutions, and academic partners.
