In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Aim to advance cancer diagnosis and improve lives through understanding and implementing our Sales/Marketing Strategies.
  • Build relationships with key customers and agents, solve problems, and implement proposal-based sales that meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and applications, to provide customers with the right solutions
  • Collaborate with related departments such as services and applications to improve customer satisfaction

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • College degree or higher with BS degree is preferred.
  • More than 8 years of sales experience in the medical and life sciences fields
  • Experience in the combination of medical devices, physical and chemical equipment, and consumables businesses
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical business
  • Agency management, agency sales experience

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Able to travel globally/domestically in support of role objectives (estimated at ~50%).

  • 顧客・代理店のキーマンとの関係構築および問題解決・ニーズに合った提案型営業を実施する

  • マーケティングやアプリケーションなどの他部門と連携し、お客様に適切なソリューションを提供する

  • サービス・アプリケーション等、関連部署と連携して顧客満足度を向上させる

  • SFDC(顧客管理システム)によるフィールドでの活動計画の立案と活動報告

  • DBS(M&A後の仕組み的なオペレーション改善アプローチ)のツールを活用して販売活動を行う

  • 報告内容には、Won/Loss情報や競合情報の入力などが含まれます

  • リードをQualifyし新規ファネルを作成する。またビジネスを獲得するための商談ステージを上げる活動をする

  • タイムリーに売上と受注の正確なForecastの提出

  • 営業チーム会議で、自らの営業行動計画をプレゼンテーションする

  • 日次管理会議(Daily management)に参加して、KPIのモニタリングを行う

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 大卒以上でBSの学位があれば好ましい

  • 医療分野、ライフサイエンス分野での8年以上の営業経験をお持ちの方

  • 医療機器・理化学機器・消耗品事業の組み合わせ経験

  • 医薬品事業の経験

  • 代理店管理、代理店営業経験
