The Advanced Technician Engineering for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for technical state of manufacturing equipment, incl. its maintenance and optimalisation.

This position is part of the Facility, EHS and Validation department located in Immunotech s.r.o. in Prague and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Facility, EHS and Validation department and report to the Supervisor Facilities Management responsible for facility management, EHS and validation. If you thrive in a multifunctional role and want to work to build a world-class manufacturing organization—read on.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Support the introduction of new equipment into operation and optimize work procedures and operations.

  • Monitor the technical condition of equipment, maintain it and order spare parts as required.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for the equipment.

  • Helps resolve issues related to facility management.

  • Recommend options for streamlining production and improving production procedures from a technical perspective.

  • Recommend, test, and verify technological changes and implement them in compliance with company standards.

  • Participate in the preparation and updating of production documentation in compliance with company standards, ISO, EHS, and GMP.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • At least a technical high school diploma with proven experience in the field.

  • Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment.

  • Fluent in Czech, basic English communication skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Professional qualification to perform work on electrical equipment pursuant to Government Regulation No. 194/2022 (qualified person).
