The Junior Marketing Communications Associate supports the execution of marketing communications tactics across paid, earned, shared, and owned channels by completing structured assignments using established processes and templates. The role assists with campaign and content coordination, maintains accurate records and repositories, and compiles basic channel performance summaries for review, escalating exceptions and risks to the campaign owner.

This role will report to the Senior Manager of Marketing Communications and will be an on-site role based at the Cytiva hub in Amersham, UK.

What you will do:

• Assist in creating, formatting, and publishing approved content for integrated campaigns, following brand guidelines and documented workflows

• Coordinate campaign logistics (asset lists, timelines, routing, and status updates) using established templates; escalate blockers, missing inputs, or non‑standard requests.

• Maintain content and campaign records (repositories, trackers, version control, metadata) to ensure accuracy, traceability, and readiness for stakeholders.

• Support campaign deployment against the approved brief and budget by preparing materials, confirming readiness, and tracking completion of assigned tasks.

• Compile basic performance snapshots (e.g., opens, clicks, engagement) and document feedback; flag anomalies and improvement opportunities for the team’s review.

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related discipline; or equivalent early-career experience.

• Early career professional experience supporting campaigns, content, or communications in a structured, process-led environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills.

• Strong coordination and documentation habits (tracking, file hygiene, version control)

• Committed to quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel a few times a year domestically and/or internationally as needed for conferences, team meetings, and workshops.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Life sciences industry

• Project management

• internships related to marketing, marketing communications, public relations or communications
