The inside service sales is responsible for the growth of service business especially on service contracts and parts.

This position reports to the service sales manager and is part of the equipment service located in Cytiva Shinjuku office and will be an on-site role.

What you will do:

  • Independently drive and aim 85% renewal rate for service contract renewal by communicating with dealer and customer in timely manner.
  • Responsible for creating billable service quotes and following up on the order.
  • Responsible for contract order management working with service delivery team.
  • Supporting field service sales specialist by analyzing data and creating documents for customers.

Who you are:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience in any industry
  • Basic English reading and writing skills
  • Motivated to communicate and work as a team

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Sales experience with GMP customers
  • Salesforce
  • University degree with science background will be an advantage
