The Indirect Procurement Buyer, Americas is responsible for executing Indirect purchasing activities across the Americas region with a primary focus on Purchase Requisition (PR) validation, Purchase Order (PO) creation, and enforcement of procurement policy compliance. This role ensures all Indirect purchases in the Americas region meet Pall’s Non-BOM Purchasing Policy requirements and are executed with speed, accuracy, and discipline.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Global Indirect Sourcing and is part of the Global Integrated Supply Chain Organization. The role will be based in Diadema-SP Brazil office and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Convert approved and compliant Purchase Requisitions (PRs) into Purchase Orders (POs within defined cycle time expectations to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Ensure required documentation is attached and validated to every PR (e.g., vendor quotes, contracts, SOW’s, etc., as applicable per Policy).
• Liaise with requestors for PR clarification, correction, and compliance alignment when and as needed.
• Identify recurring non-compliance patterns and escalate systemic issues to Sourcing leadership.
• Ensure accuracy of PO data (e.g., pricing, supplier, coding, terms, etc.) to support downstream financial reporting and spend analytics.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing, or supply chain transactional roles.
• Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for PR/PO processing and workflow management.
• Demonstrated experience working with procurement policies, approval workflows, and compliance controls.
• Experience managing high-volume transactional workloads within defined service level expectations.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in Indirect procurement within a global manufacturing business.
• Experience working with “guided buying” and/or “self-service procurement” tools (e.g., OCI, Punchout Sites, SAP Ariba Catalogs, etc.) or equivalent systems supporting automated requisition-to-pay processes.
