Equipment Services Global Product Manager develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

What you will do:

• Segment markets, identify unmet needs and emerging opportunities, and benchmark competitors to inform strategy.
• Reassess service models and define new service product requirements aligned with evolving market dynamics.
• Partner with engineering and hardware teams to deliver service roadmaps on time, on budget, and to quality/regulatory standards.
• Drive launch excellence and go‑to‑market readiness
• Define and track KPIs, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage product care and end‑of‑service activities across the lifecycle

Who you are

• Domain expertise gained through a Master’s Degree or MBA.
• With min. 3 years’ experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales
• Prior experience in Life Sciences or Equipment Services
• Experience driving projects with diverse and cross-functional teams, in a global environment

The range for this role is $120,000-130,00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
