The Logistics Executive, Taiwan is accountable for the end-to-end supply chain operations in Taiwan, with a strong focus on warehousing, logistics, and distribution. This role is responsible for delivering key performance outcomes, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), Inventory Quality Inventory Turns (QIT), operational cost management (freight and warehousing), and distribution center (DC) operational efficiency to effectively support customers.

This position reports to the Logistic Manager, Taiwan and is part of the APAC Logistics and Distribution team. This role will be located Zhubei, Hsinchu, Taiwan, and is a onsite-role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Partner closely with external logistics service providers to execute logistics initiatives and digitalization efforts aimed at improving customer experience, visibility, and service reliability.

  • Own end-to-end warehousing and logistics distribution operations (import/export) for Taiwan, coordinating with external service providers to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and customer-focused operations.

  • Lead Taiwan customer logistics complaint management, ensuring timely resolution, thorough root cause analysis, and the implementation of sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive seamless communication and strong partnerships across local and APAC Logistics teams, as well as with Sales, Manufacturing Plants, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders.

  • Execute and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) while driving continuous improvement of standard logistics processes through data collection, data analysis, metric development, and process optimization.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years work experience in Commercial Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistic and Distribution, or similar fields.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, influence without direct authority, and ability to effectively inspire change.

  • Solid understanding of ERP processes and systems, significant preference for SAP®.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Proven experience in driving lean logistics and logistics process improvement initiatives, including the implementation of cost optimization programs across warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

  • Prior experience managing logistics operations across other Southeast Asia markets is strongly preferred, bringing a regional perspective and the ability to operate effectively in multi-country environments.

  • A proactive, data-driven problem solver with the ability to simplify complex situations, enable end-to-end process thinking, and drive sustainable results. Demonstrates a strong continuous improvement mindset and effective use of Danaher Business System (DBS) tools and methodologies.
