We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our Timonium, Maryland warehouse operations team. With a primary focus on SAP-driven materials movement and inventory management, this role ensures accurate tracking of goods, seamless material flow to production, and timely order fulfillment through expert use of SAP systems. Adaptability to evolving processes and continuous improvement initiatives is essential for success in this dynamic environment. This position will work onsite at our Timonium, Maryland location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, updating all transactions in SAP for full traceability. Process inbound and outbound shipments in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards.

• Utilize SAP to manage all aspects of inventory, including stock movements, transfers, and consumption updates. Maintain real-time accuracy of inventory records in SAP to support production schedules and customer orders.

• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies using SAP tools to ensure data integrity.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred.

• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution experience.

• Proven hands-on experience with SAP ERP or SAP WM modules, with strong knowledge of materials movement and inventory control.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time. Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with:

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus).

• Knowledge of lean warehouse practices.

• Shift hours will be Monday

• Friday from 3:00pm - 11:30pm.

The hourly range for this role is $25.00/hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
