This position reports to the Senior UX Manager and is part of the Web UX team within the Marketing organization located in Kraków, Poland. This is an on-site role, with flexibility when needed.
What you will do
- Own and lead end-to-end product design for the My Account experience, from discovery and concept development through delivery and continuous optimization.
- Shape and evolve transactional and self-service journeys (e.g. orders, invoices, documentation, account management, equipment management, support flows) to drive adoption and reduce dependency on customer support.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap definition in close partnership with Product Management and Engineering within a cross-functional product trio model.
- Translate customer insights, behavioral data and business goals into scalable interaction models, system states and high-quality design solutions aligned with the design system.
- Define and measure experience success using product metrics (e.g. self-serve rate, adoption, task success, support deflection), independently leveraging analytics and experimentation to iterate and drive measurable impact, in collaboration with UX Research.
Who you are
- Long-standing experience in Product Design / UX, including work on complex web-based digital products (preferably B2B or transactional environments).
- Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product design work (discovery through delivery and iteration) with measurable business impact (e.g. adoption, task success rate, reduction in support contact).
- Experience designing complex transactional and account-based experiences, including multi-state flows (e.g. orders, invoices, documentation, account management, permissions, system states).
- Experience contributing to product strategy and roadmap definition within cross-functional product teams (Product Manager + Engineering).
- Proven experience working with and contributing to a design system in a scalable web environment.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Designing accessible web experiences in line with WCAG standards.
- Applying AI-powered capabilities or designing AI-enhanced experiences (e.g. personalization, intelligent assistance, trust and transparency patterns).
- Working in scientific, regulated or technically complex domains.
