To act as pivot between Order fulfilment and customer for achieving timely deliveries. Responsible for arrangement of trucks, in-transit troubleshooting and POD retrievals from transporters and internal teams

• Receive order delivery instructions from fulfilment Team

• Create daily dispatch Plan and arrangement of trucking in view of date and time, relevant temperature modes and other special handling requests

• Continuous coordination with transporters for timely arrival of trucks at loading warehouses and delivery at customer sites

• Track and maintain master delivery sheet for all trucking and order related data updates and status

• Retrieve POD from driver/transporter and Maintain POD status in Master delivery sheet

• Support and troubleshoot for in-transit delivery issues by coordinating with drivers, sales representatives and other delivery representatives

• Report and investigate delivery related incidents and prepare RCA

• Coordinate with sales, customer service and fulfilment team for RMA and demo activities, for retrieval and movement of stock/equipment from customer site
