This position will be part of the Quality Assurance Department located in Grens (VD), and will be an on-site role (fixed-term / 8 months).

As a Senior Audit Specialist you will be responsible for:

What you will do:

• Internal and External Audit Process Management (audit organization and follow-up, documentation maintenance, reporting audit outcomes to the Board Chair, and act as Subject Matter Expert/ SME in audit regard).

• Monitor Quality System (e.g. Data extraction, data analysis, KPIs).

• Support and provide guidance as SME to internal audit team.

• Improve Quality System and apply DBS culture.

• Perform additional duties as assigned (act as QA System leader deputy).

Who you are:

• Knowledge of Quality System (ISO13485 and ISO9001) and Medical Device regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Biotechnology or Quality Management.

• At least 2-3 years’ experience working in a regulated environment, with hands-on expertise in external and internal audits.

• High attention to detail with proven statistical analysis and problem‑solving skills, supported by clear communication, a customer‑centric mindset, and a proactive, well‑organised, autonomous working style.

• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, communicating with others in a professional and effective way, strengthened with fluency in English and French language (spoken and written).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 10%.
