The Import & Export Executive is responsible for Import Operations Management, Efficient Export Operations, Execution Regulatory & Allied act Compliance, Have Effective Communication skills & team player, Have Analytical Reporting capabilities & work Independently.

This position reports to the Logistics & Distribution Manager and is part of the Logistics & Distribution  located in Manesar Haryana and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity

• To Manage Import & Export Operation of medical device industry
• Adhere to regulatory compliances
• Work with Global Logistics & Distribution Team
• Analyse & Develop report to measure performance

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Regulatory & Compliance Expertise: Possess strong knowledge of DGFT, Customs, Banking, Letter of Credit, and FEMA regulations, ensuring full compliance with Indian Customs laws, staying updated on government policies, and leveraging duty exemption schemes.
• Comprehensive Import Operations Management: Accountable for managing the full import process across air, sea, and courier modes, including pre-alert follow-ups, bill of entry approval, duty payment coordination, timely clearance (24x7 for critical shipments), demurrage prevention, risk identification, and effective re-import procedures.
• Efficient Export Operations Execution: Responsible for all export and re-export activities, encompassing document preparation, shipping bill filing, freight negotiation, securing EP release, processing drawback refunds, and maintaining accurate export records.
• Effective Communication & Stakeholder Interaction: Skilled in independent letter drafting and clear communication, regularly engaging with sales teams, customers (to explain import schemes), customs brokers, and freight forwarders, and preparing regulatory clarification letters.
• Analytical, Reporting & Independent Work: Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities for daily and MIS reporting, proficiency in MS Office and Outlook, the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, proactively solve problems, and collaborate effectively within a team.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Graduate & Diploma or Degree Holder in EXIM / Logistics & Distribution Management from University of repute, Having 5 years of experience in Import & Export operations
