- Develop methods and perform testing of liquid chromatography columns (analytical and prep columns) and sample prep consumables
- Support Technical and Manufacturing personnel in transfer, optimization, scale-up, and troubleshooting of new production processes and SOPs
- Design, develop, validate, and commercialize solutions/products to address unmet needs in liquid chromatography separation and sample preparation in industry
- Maintain all instruments and equipment in excellent condition, keep all work areas neat and clean, and follow all safety procedures without exception
- Perform other functions required for development, commercialization, and support of new products and sustainment of existing products, as required
- Travel as required (<10%)
教育及经历EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in analytical chemistry or related fields
- At least 1 year’s hands-on experience in liquid chromatography separation (analytical or prep chromatography)
- Experience in mass spectrometry analysis is preferred
- Experience with publishing or patent filing is preferred
