The HR Generalist supports the local Belgian HR team in delivering efficient and effective HR operations across the country and legal entities. This role offers exposure to a broad range of HR activities, with a focus on Workday management, administrative support, employee relations, and process improvement.

This position reports to the HR Manager and is part of the HR team located in Hoegaarden and will be an on-site role**.**The position is a fixed term position for 12 months

What you will do:

• Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers, escalating complex issues as needed.

• Support HR team in day-to-day HR operations across the local entities

• Administer & maintain HRIS data and data accuracy with HR vendors, generate basic reports. Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities

• Coordinate with Payroll Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll

• Support HR documentation, record-keeping, and compliance activities.

• Participate in process improvement projects and support the adoption of AI-driven HR tools.

• Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional teams on routine tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

• First experience in an HR role.

• Dutch and English language skills
