The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing customer satisfaction through technical service, installation, operation, training and repair of specialized equipment including undertake product installation on client premises. This position reports to the Taiwan Service Manager and is part of the Field Service Team based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Schedule, carry out planned maintenance calls and perform regular customer visits.

• Provide training and technical advice on instruments both in person and by phone

• Monitor repairs in terms of organization's service/ warranty cover and in making suggestions as to product improvements

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor Degree in Life science, Chemistry, or equivalent.

• 3 or more years of relevant Service experience in Life Science industry is highly desirable.

• Good track record of successful technical experience in the Life Science market
