The Sales Manager LATAM and Caribbean is responsible for driving commercial growth across assigned Latin America and Caribbean markets (excluding Brazil and Mexico direct operations) through hands-on distributor and channel management. This role plays a critical executional role in supporting regional growth by developing distributor capabilities, strengthening customer engagement, and implementing regional commercial initiatives across a diverse set of markets.
This position reports to the LATAM Sales Leader and is part of the Radiometer LATAM Commercial Team, preferably based in São Paulo, Brazil, and working remotely to cover assigned Latin America and Caribbean countries.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage and develop distributor relationships across assigned LATAM and Caribbean countries to drive sustainable revenue growth;

  • Execute regional commercial initiatives, including product launches, portfolio focus campaigns, and growth programs aligned with corporate strategy;

  • Support market development activities, including customer visits, distributor visits, and key stakeholder engagement across the region;

  • Act as a hands-on commercial partner to distributors, proactively identifying opportunities, addressing performance gaps, and supporting issue resolution;

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as marketing, service, regulatory, and regional leadership to ensure effective execution across markets.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Long-standing experience in channel and distributor management within Latin America, preferably in medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare-related industries.

  • Proven experience driving commercial growth through indirect sales models across multiple countries and complex regional markets.

  • Advanced knowledge of the Latin American healthcare and diagnostics market environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Availability to travel internationally approximately once per month (typically 5 days per trip) within Latin America and the Caribbean.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience with point-of-care diagnostics, laboratory diagnostics, reagents, or consumables-based business models.

  • Prior exposure to international, matrix-managed organisations and regional commercial roles.
