Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support Opco marketing leader to develop marketing annual plan and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
- Drive & implement marketing initiatives independently (tactics) that are aligned with marketing priorities (e.g., product X in segment Y) and support Sales team with near-term objectives to drive leads collection and funnel conversion (e.g., own creation of sales tools, brochures, digital nurturing campaign, webinar etc.).
- Drive customer engagement through omni channel value selling communication and content innovation.
- Cooperate with Product Marketing team to develop portfolio strategies, workflow solutions and value propositions for key applications and products.
- Work directly with Mar Com to build content & activity needed for initiatives.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Minimum of 5-year marketing experience in B2B sectors, preferably biotech, life science or adjacent industry
- Strong abilities in data analytics and customer insights
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Ability to create content for omni channel marketing.
