As a member of the China IT team, this role will focus on enabling the China cross functions organization through technology, fostering strong partnerships, and embedding agile, product-centric delivery models.

This position is based on-site in Shanghai, reporting directly to the Senior Director of IT China as a member of the Information Technology team.

• What you will do

• Drive alignment between China’s commercial strategy and localization goals with IT initiatives and roadmaps through strong partnership and collaboration, empowering enhanced customer engagement and experience.

• Act as the primary IT partner for China’s commercial and localization technology enablement, shaping a visionary and sustainable roadmap that delivers operational excellence, agility, and business resilience across the China organization.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with senior leaders to ensure IT strategies are tightly integrated with business priorities, resulting in measurable improvements in efficiency, cost control, quality, and customer satisfaction.

• Utilize data-driven insights to proactively identify and implement opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and improvement, all in alignment with the organization’s long-term strategic roadmap.

• Provide deep domain expertise and advocate for the adoption of AI and advanced technologies to enable integrated, actionable commercial and customer insights.

• Champion the use of China-specific sales enablement tools to strengthen local customer engagement, streamline communication, and support sales operations tailored to the Chinese market.

• Collaborate with cross IT teams to ensure seamless integration of local commercial and digital solutions into the organization’s sales processes, enhancing accessibility and convenience for Chinese customers.

• Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration; higher degrees preferred.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Architect within sales analytics and commercial operations.

• Expertise in ERP or CRM systems and digital customer platforms.

• Strong communication abilities and proven track record of effective collaboration with diverse teams in both English and Mandarin.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
