The Senior Technician is responsible for label printing, Tube Treatment, Labeling & Dispensing and is responsible to handle unit operation of treatment and label printing instruments. Responsible for meeting the FPY and OTD Targets for production as per planning schedule.

• This position reports to the Abhishek Desai and is part of the Reagents Manufacturing located in IND - Bangalore North
• Beckman Coulter India Private Limited

and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the process for label printing, Tube Treatment, Labeling & Dispensing, Packaging and is responsible to handle unit operation of treatment and label printing instruments. Responsible for meeting the FPY and OTD Targets for production as per planning schedule. Escalation to respective supervisors in case of any downtime or issues in line. Meet regulatory requirements and follow internal company policies, SOPs, good understanding in GDP, cGMP requirements.
• Must have good communication and be able to support in urgent countermeasures for day-to-day issues occurred at Gemba and keep up to date to all Associates during Daily Management. Candidate should be able to take ownership for his own treatment/label printing KPI and get it tracked day-to-day to achieve the daily target. Support for On Time delivery to the customer.

The essential requirements of the job include:

M.Sc with 0-2 year experience.
