The Test Specialistis responsible for calibrate, test, optimize and troubleshoot capillary electrophoresis range of products and options according to work instructions and procedures

This position reports to the Production Lead and is part of the Manufacturing Operations located in Marsiling, Singapore and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Responsible for commissioning, calibrating, testing, optimizing, and troubleshooting Capillary Electrophoresis instruments in accordance with standard procedures.
• Ensures cycle time targets are met, accurately records test data, and implements corrective and preventive actions.
• Performs final validation, audits, and contributes to continuous improvement projects and overall operational excellence.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Diploma in Electrical /Mechatronics Engineering/ Science (preferably Physics)
• Experience with electronics hardware, problem solving, construction, or repair is a must.
• Experience and skill with using various test equipment, meters, small hand tools to assemble or repair precision equipment is a must.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Laboratory experience operating analytical chemistry equipment (organic or inorganic) would be considered an asset but not necessary.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
